Aquarius Aerial Firefighting (AFF), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cargolux, is a private aerial firefighting operator providing wildfire suppression services to government authorities, civil protection agencies, and other entities responsible for managing wildfire emergencies. Aquarius currently operates 10 Air Tractor AT-802 Fire Boss aircraft.
In the first month of Aquarius aerial firefighting operations, the team made significant strides in managing fire challenges. Over 40 flight hours and 118 water drops were carried out to fight wildfires.
